About this service

UV-curable ink printing for both roll-to-roll and flatbed workflows. Produces durable, high-fidelity prints on a wide range of rigid and flexible substrates including acrylic and metal.

Machine & Pre-Press Specifications

  • Preferred color profile: CMYK (convert spot colors where required)
  • Acceptable file formats: AI, EPS, PDF (vector), TIFF (high-res), PNG (for proofs)
  • Vector cut paths: supply separate vector layers for cut/crease paths; convert fonts to outlines
  • Artwork scale: supply 1:1 artwork where possible; include 3mm bleed on cut pieces
  • Max printable area: 8ft x 4ft flatbed
